Clerk to source new edging for flower beds. Cllr S.F. to replenish plants. Further budget of \u00a3100.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bench at Bus Stop, Scurlage \u2013 Budget \u00a3500. Agreed location to side of bus stop and paving not necessary. Assistance with moving the bench required.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Notice Board at Scurlage \u2013 Budget \u00a3100, Clerk to confirm with Mr. Rhodri Lloyd.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Flood lights at Port Eynon \u2013 to be raised with Community Police Officer \u2013 awaiting resumption of meetings at Knelston School.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Toilets at Port Eynon \u2013 Lack of cleaning and surface water puddles, complaint raised with SCC Environmental Health.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Village Green, Port Eynon \u2013 Holding response received from C&amp;CS.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Llanddewi Village Hall \u2013 Chair\/Clerk to progress with Trustees and possible vendor of land.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>First Response Unit \u2013. Clerk has written to Senydd Member and Member of Parliament.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Footpath at Boarlands, Overton \u2013 Clerk has reported issue to C&amp;CS.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Defibrillators \u2013 Clerk advised that he had placed a provisional order for four new defibrillators at cost of \u00a35,000.
